THE PRIZE TO BE WON There is only one prize on offer which will be given to the winner, drawn randomly out of the hat. The prize consists of 6 Bottles of Vouvray Wine, selected by ourselves and bought in Vouray, France. The prize will be delivered to the winner only within the Touraine region, France. We are under no obligation to pay for, or send the prize by any other means of transport else where in the world other than in the Touraine Region, France. The winner can at any time, at their own costs (paid in advance), ask Rentagite.com to send the prize by another means of transport else where in the world other than in the Touraine Region, France.
AGE REQUIREMENTS You must be over 18 years old to enter.
DURATION OF THE PRIZE DRAW The Grand Prize Draw will be running between the 01.04.05 and the 01.07.05. The winner will be selected (drawn out of the hat) on the 05.07.05. In the event, where the winner does not have a VALID email and cannot be contacted, another winner be selected (drawn out of the hat), and so on until a winner is attributed.
NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS The winner will be notified by email first and upon confirmation, Rentagite.com reserves the right to publish on the website and to notify by mail all the the particpants of a winner and the name of the winning participant, if the winner consents to their name and photo to be published. Rentagite.com reserves the right to change the rules, in the event of arising discrepencies.

ON LINE BOOKING SERVICES
ANTIFRAUD CHECK Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes and may also be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Rentagite.com reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS Last minute cancellations are subject to your terms with the Gite owner and are not the responsibility of rentagite.com. All arrangements and bookings are dealt with directly between you (the buyer) and the Gite owner (the seller). We do not need to be informed.
REFUNDS If for any reason, you decide to ask for a refund, this transaction will strictly be between you (the buyer) and the Gite owner (the seller). We do not accept any responsibility or give any financial guarantees on the Gites advertised on our site. However, we do our uttermost, to guarantee the authenticity of the information on this site.
ISSUING OF INVOICES Issuing of the invoice takes place on the day of payment, if our web payment services are used, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. However, all transactions remain strictly between you (the buyer) and the Gite owner (the seller).
COPY OF THE TRANSACTION DATA The cardholder should retain a copy of the transaction in an easily accessible place.
